Partner and Associate Opportunities

If you have read our mission statement and the information regarding our company and would like to explore the opportunities that are available to you please read the information below and sign up if you wish to join our team.

We are looking for people who want to join our company and participate in the recovery process and earn a fee based on the monies recovered. The amount you earn will be a percentage of the amount recovered by American Cash Recovery.

There are two positions that are available. You can be a partner or an associate. The difference will be explained as you read further.

THE OPPORTUNITY THAT WE ARE OFFERING

As a partner or associate you would locate homes that have or will be going into foreclosure. You will fill out our online submission form and you would be registered as the locator. That is all you need to do to earn your fee. We do the rest. This is an example of a typical transaction resulting in a surplus.

A home is sold at auction for $165,000.00. The bank wants $125,000.00. This leaves a surplus of $40,000.00. Our company will process the paper work to retrieve the money, take our fee of 25% of $40,000.00, which is $10,000.00. The homeowner receives $30,000. You would be paid a percentage of the $10,000.00 depending on your position as a partner or as an associate of the $10,000.00 earned by American Cash Recovery.
